Founded in Cornwall, we’ve been established for over 100 years giving bespoke legal advice to generations of clients. With a small but powerful team, we strive to be jargon free and proactive, specialising in many disciplines across the legal spectrum.

We’re a Limited Liability Partnership with two Members - Daniel Sproull and Julie Rowan and Dugald Sproull as a Consultant. We have offices in Bodmin, Wadebridge and Camelford.

We’re based in Cornwall but provide advice to clients all over England & Wales - and quite happy to make home visits to clients. We’re proud to be accredited with two different quality marks. These are the Lexcel award issued by the Law Society in recognition of the efficient manner in which our business is run and the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Mark in recognition of the quality of the service we provide to those buying and selling houses.
