Our fees for carrying out different types of work depend on a number of factors including the type and complexity of work, the place at which it is carried out, the timescale to which we are required to work and the amount of time that we spend. Our best estimate of the likely cost of any case will be explained to you at the outset.

If it is not possible to give you an estimate, we’ll explain why. We are required by our regulator to set out details of prices in certain areas and these are set out in these downloadable documents:

Hourly Rates

The hourly rates of our staff range from £126 to £255 + VAT (£151.20-£306). Full details will be included in the retainer papers we send to you at the outset of your case. All rates are subject to VAT.

Our regulator’s requirements as to transparency on fees also apply to motoring offences, employment tribunal claims and immigration work. We do not carry out those types of work.
